Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts for transportation services concluded between the taxi company ("YlGlT TAXl & MlETWAGEN KG") and the customer.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract for transportation is concluded when the customer orders a ride from ("YlGlT TAXl & MlETWAGEN KG") and the company confirms this order. An order can be placed by phone, online, or via a mobile app.
3. Services
The taxi company commits to transporting the customer safely and punctually to the desired destination. Special requests such as child seats, luggage transport, or accessibility must be specified when ordering and may incur additional costs.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
The prices are based on the price list valid at the time of the ride. The fare can be paid in cash, by credit card, or through other payment methods accepted by the company. Special agreements must be in writing.
5. Customer Obligations
The customer is obliged to follow the driver's instructions and behave in a manner that does not endanger safety during the ride. Damages caused by the customer's behavior are the customer's responsibility.
6. Cancellations and Delays
Cancellations must be made at least 3 hours before the agreed pickup time. For shorter notice cancellations or if the customer does not show up, a cancellation fee may be charged. The company strives to adhere to agreed pickup times but is not liable for delays caused by traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseeable events.
7. Liability
The taxi company is liable for damages that occur during transportation due to intent or gross negligence of the driver. Any further liability is excluded. The customer must supervise their personal belongings; the company is not liable for the loss or damage of luggage or other personal items.
8. Data Protection
The company collects, processes, and uses personal data of the customer only for the purpose of contract execution and in compliance with the statutory provisions on data protection. Data will only be passed on to third parties if necessary for contract fulfillment or if the customer has expressly consented.
9. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these T&C be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The law of the Republic of Austria applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
