General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of TAXI4ME.at

Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all taxi and transport services mediated by TAXI4ME.at in Vienna, Lower Austria, and Burgenland. They regulate the rights and obligations between the taxi dispatch center, passengers, and affiliated drivers.
  
Contract Subject and Service
TAXI4ME.at arranges rides between passengers and taxi companies or independent drivers. The dispatch center acts solely as an intermediary, while the transportation contract is established directly between the passenger and the driver/taxi company.
  
Booking and Contract Conclusion
A ride can be booked by phone, online, or via WhatsApp.
The acceptance of a booking is confirmed by the taxi dispatch center or directly by the driver. A transportation contract is only concluded once the driver accepts the booking.
  
Prices and Payment Terms
The prices valid at the time of booking apply. Additional costs, such as waiting times or special requests, may apply and will be charged separately.
Payment is made directly to the driver, either in cash or via available electronic payment methods.

Passenger Obligations
The passenger must be ready on time for the taxi's arrival. In case of no-show or short-notice cancellations, cancellation fees may apply.
The passenger is liable for any damage caused by them or their companions to the vehicle.

Liability
The taxi dispatch center is only responsible for the proper mediation of the transport service, not for the execution of the ride itself.
Any liability for delays, failures, or other damages related to transportation is excluded unless caused by gross negligence of the dispatch center.
  
Cancellation and Waiting Time
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled ride.
If the driver has to wait more than 15 minutes due to the passenger’s delay (except in the case of flight delays), additional fees may apply.

Data Protection
The collection and processing of personal data comply with applicable data protection laws. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.

Final Provisions
If any provision of these GTC is deemed invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of TAXI4ME.at.
